Formats: Can I take different CBD products together?

It's one of the most common questions we receive at CBII and while the quick answer to the question is yes, it's within reason. Keep reading for the latest advice around taking different CBD products and what the caveats are.
Can I take different CBD products together?
Absolutely, you can take CBD oils, capsules and/or gummies together as long as you don’t exceed the Food Standards Agency’s recommendation of 70 mg of CBD per day. We recommend starting with the lower intake suggestion for both products and monitoring how you feel.
e.g: Take one capsule or one gummy first, or a few drops of the oil to start and then increase as you feel you need to.
What are the differences between CBD products?
There are many key differences between the different formats of CBD, such as oils, gummies and capsules. Which one is best for you really comes down to personal preference, how you like to take CBD and what you're looking to take CBD for.
For example, you may prefer to take the capsules in the morning with your breakfast, gummies during the day when you need to take the edge off and our oils at night to enjoy a more restful, deeper sleep. However, you can mix and match and find the routine that works for you and your body. Everyone is different.
Try different formats with a starter pack
We know that CBD can be confusing when you're new to it. That's why we've created starter packs so you can try our products without any risk or commitment, or having to fork out money for something before you're sure. Try our oil or gummies starter packs, or get both with our CBD Day & Night Beginner's Set.
