CBII CBD Oils

Is CBII CBD oil vegan?
Our CBII CBD oils, gummies and Pure CBD capsules are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Is CBII CBD oil halal?
CBII’s CBD oil does not contain any animal products, however we are not currently certified halal.
What ingredients are used in CBII CBD oil?
There are just two ingredients in CBII CBD oils, including medium chain triglycerides (MCT) – a high-quality carrier oil - and Cannabis sativa L. extract. As we use a full spectrum CBD extract, it doesn’t dissolve well in water, so we need a neutral tasting oil carrier to deliver it to you. CBII does not contain other fillers, artificial flavours and colours, giving you a simple CBD formulation.
Our CBD capsules contain additional nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals and herbal ingredients that vary per formulation.

CBII CBD Candles

Should my CBII Candle be smoking?
When the candle flame is too hot and it starts burning the wax too quickly, the candle can smoke. This is normally caused by the wick being too long, and will quite often stop after a short time as our wicks are self trimming. If it doesn’t stop, snuff out the candle, allow to cool, trim the wick and re-light.
Why does my candle wax appear dark?
This will happen with our candles as we don’t use any synthetic stabilisers. The darker wax is caused by natural oils oxidising when the candle heats up. Continue to use the candle as normal.
CBII Products
Do you test your products?
Yes, our products are closely monitored from extract to bottle and third party tested with a Certificate of Analysis to verify the CBD content, ensuring batch to batch consistency and a quality product you can trust. If you would like to find out more about our tests or test results, you can find them on our product packages or feel free to contact us.
Can you take CBD oil and capsules together?
Yes, the capsules and the oils can be taken together as long as you don’t exceed 70mg of CBD per day as recommended by the Food Standards Agency. To be safe, we’d recommend starting by taking the lower intake suggestion for both products and monitoring how you feel before increasing as you need to.
Where is CBD oil produced?
There are many countries that produce high quality CBD oil. The CBD extract used in CBII products is legally grown in the EU and manufactured using a trademarked extraction process under strict quality conditions in exclusive partnership with Swiss extract producer, Linnea SA before being bottled and packaged in the UK.
Is CBII CBD packaging recyclable?
CBII CBD products are packaged in cartons made from 100% recyclable hemp and we also recycle any unused plant matter during the process. Our e-commerce boxes, frosted glass bottles, and vials are also widely recyclable in household recycling programs, however the lid, pipette, seal and desiccant of the capsules are not. You can read more about how we recycle in our sustainable products blog.
